Auto restart after upgrade to High Sierra

My mac book pro (15 inch ,2015) restarting with crash after upgrading to High Sierra 10.13.1

It is still restarting after I upgrade to High Sierra 10.13.2.

So I buy a new mac book pro (13inch with touch id), and make an backup with TimeMachine.

So I have to format the entire system, and I reinstall a new fresh mac os High Sierra with time machine backup from my new mac book pro backupfile.

But, It is still crash, and show black screen with some infomation.

Could anyone help me?
