macbook won't boot

Hi there,

After updating to High Sierra, my 2015 macbook pro has been going extremely slowly. Now, it won't even boot up. After logging in, it just hangs in the start-up screen, stopping completely when the bar is full.

Tried cleaning the PRAM, but it didn't do anything.

Any assistance is appreciated.
