No computer...how to manage...?

Sister has an iPod that she used with a laptop years ago. All fine most of her music on etc. She now doesn't own the laptop, still has the CDs of the music however.

She now just has an iPhone and an iPad, but no laptop or computer so doesn't have a way to install iTunes. What is best way to work this now?

Ideally need the music off the iPod to save all converting to MP3 again, and then I suppose I could sync with my iTunes and use the iPod with that?
