Siri can't understand me and my iphone 7 ear speaker is very muffled.

How do I fix this? Siri understands me perfectly and sound is great when I plug in earbuds with an inline mike. Also, I can't see any debris on the speaker/mic.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.1

Specifically, she only responds when you're wearing a headset with a microphone. Additionally, you are having issues with the receiver speaker. It sounds muffled. I'm happy to help!

Thanks. Did not solve problem. I think speaker/mic is defective. Heading to Apple store to let them address.
