HELP! I cannot set up touch ID

My touch ID suddenly stopped working and I have tried to set up again but just fails. Any suggestions?

Get help with Touch ID on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If above support guides don't help you, contact your nearest Apple Store and have your device inspected.
