Home screen menu randomly changes order

After recent upgrade to latest iOS my home screen bottom menu randomly sorts to a different order/arrangement of position of the icons. I usually have the phone icon on the left. Now it’s on the right in a different position. I manually rearrange and sporadically it’s gets rearranged to a different order within minutes?
