SyncMe Wireless (Wireless automated network picture sync)

Hi There is just one thing that make me go with the android tablet rather than buying iPad which is "SyncMe Wireless" app on android that makes automated sync of my lectures between PC and tablet so if I edited lecture on my pc changes would appear on my tablet and so on...

Is there any app that does the same on IOS?????
