I have used classic Mail for ever, latest update removed my bottom email preview. How do i get it back?
MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)
You can see a small dot in classic mail preview on the bottom end , place your cursor over the dot , a cross hair icon will be produced , if you are using trackpad move three fingers in bottom direction to enlarge the preview window .
Position your cursor over that bar or dot where it changes to an up-arrow indicator. Drag it up, way up, much more than you have been doing. There will be no visual confirmation of that action until you drag it more than halfway to the opposite edge of the window, or full screen if you are not using windowed mode. When you drag it a sufficient distance the message viewer pane will reappear.
That wouldn't have helped.
The dot is clearly the problem but it will not allow me to do anything when I roll over the dot. I either have a double sided arrow that expands my window or an up arrow that does nothing.
