You can delete Avira. Also the folder containing f-secure. No anti-virus or so-called "cleaning" apps are necessary or recommended for Mac OS. They can interfere with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac and at worst bork your system.

Coming from PC I can understand your fear of viruses, etc. but this is Mac. You've downloaded a lot of unnecessary and potentially harmful stuff, which is why I think a clean install would be your best best. Trying to accomplish it any other way would mean an education about Mac OS and how to navigate to the folders where this stuff is installed. That's not so easy even for folks who are used to Mac OS.

You could navigate to all the locations your Etrecheck report is showing for those apps and delete them but with a list that long, the easiest way would be to do a clean install of Mac OS and only reinstall necessary apps. Before you do that be sure to make a backup. Then only migrate your own data files from the backup to your new system.

How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support

Boot into Recovery holding shift-option-command-r. Choose to erase your startup disk and then reinstall Mac OS.

Be aware that the information you're pointing to, saying you want to remove those apps, is not a representation of what is currently installed, but a listing of what has been installed. Since it shows you have also run the Malwarebytes uninstaller, and since I don't see any signs of Malwarebytes in your full EtreCheck report, it, at least, is not present on your hard drive. If you have deleted those other applications, those are also gone. No further steps are necessary.

I also notice that you've downloaded "Internet Security & Antivirus" (what a scammy sounding name!) and BitMedic from the Mac App Store. Do not download any such software from the App Store in the future. There are a few legitimate - but very limited, due to App Store requirements - apps in that category in the App Store, but the vast majority of them are scams.

Dec 15, 2017 9:44 AM in response to thomas_r.

Thomas,

Yes I deleted Malwarebytes yesterday and it showed up on report do you know how to delete those other ones I am so confused? "Internet Security & Antivirus" and BitMedic? I deleted them as well but show up on report as well. I need a easy way to find any little bit info left from these and want to get rid of them for good. I used a probram Easy Find and Find a File and deleted what came up and destroyed other stuff from easy find. Any other software I can use to find hidden software bits left behind?
