Both my iPhone and ipad are repeatedly crashing. I have 11.1.2 on both but they keep crashing as I'm trying to install 11.2.1 anyone else having this problem? It just started this morning

It's a known bug on iOS11.1.2 version.
It's notification related.
Even if it seems that the devices are re-booting, actually it is not (only the springboard is restarting).
Updating both devices to iOS11.2.1 will solve your issue.
