Hi Team,

We have an app in iTunes store working on iOS Platforms. For accessing app, online data's are accessed through WCF Service Calls and its working in one environment and another one not working in other.

We have installed the "GlobalSign Organization Validation CA-SHA256-G2" certificate in Server Machine and hosted the service in that server.

The WCF Service & Other application are working fine in Chrome,IE & Mozila browsers but when we access the link in Mac Mini Machine Safari browser its showing certificate required alert and not giving access to the web application & WCF Service. So the mobile app also not connecting to the WCF services and so the app is not able to get the response from the WCF Services.

Please refer the screenshot in below path.

Please advise whether the "GlobalSign Organization Certificate" is having issue or removed from Apple Trusted Root Certificates? This was working previously and suddenly stopped working in Apple Devices. We haven't changed anything in the server. Kindly suggest on the above to resolve the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
