The Time Capsule will need to have an Internet connection along with your MacBook Pro.
Open AirPort Utility on your Mac (Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility)
Click on the picture of the Time Capsule
In the smaller window that appears, click on the Update button
The update process will take 2-3 minutes
