Installer Progress when no installation is done

Ever since I upgraded to High Sierra and got updates (Am on 10.13.2), the Installer Progress is eating up all of my memory. I checked App Store and it shows No Update Available but yet it's slowing building up RAM usage so causing slowdown. Also, I didn't install anything else other than High Sierra. The parent process for Installer Progress (90) show as launchd (1) and kernal_task (0) Any advice?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)
