- Where are your photos coming from - a Time Machine backup? An external drive? iCloud?
- Are you trying to import into either the iPhoto or Photos app?
- Please confirm your current macOS version by selecting the Apple menu > About This Mac (example is macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.1).
