Backward jumps in streaming video playing

hey guys! iPhone X iOS 11.1.2

does anyone has a problem with streaming video playing? while using either lte or wi-fi the video jumps backwards for few seconds twice of three times every 5-10 minutes. Video is not from youtube or Apple services. Backward jumps include sound and video shifting.

Tried to wait the full downloading, but problem stays.
