Can't connect new Apple ID to iTunes and App Store
I can't set up my new Apple ID with iTunes/App Store. When I try to download an app, it says I need to finish setting stuff up. When I get to the payment option/address part, it says there's an error and I need to contact customer support. When I go to 'iTunes and App Store' in Apple ID settings, there's a popup that says 'Could Not Sign In' with 'There was a problem connecting to the server.'
Things I've tried:
- Making sure time and date are right (auto set)
- Changing my Apple ID password
- Restarting my device
- Resetting network settings
- Logging out and logging back in of Apple ID
- Trying to sign into iTunes on a desktop computer
- Trying different networks (Work, home, mobile hotspot)
None of these have worked so far.
