iPhone X Lightning port issues

Silver iPhone X, 64 GB, on IOS 11.2.1

I've been having a charging port problem since I've first got my phone last Monday.

It happens randomly. When I'm charging my iPhone, and I attempt to pick it up/move it (while it's connected and charging) it will make the charging noise several times as if I were to re-plug it back in.

This has also been happening to my earpods, again it happens unexpected, but at times while listening to music with the phone in my pocket It would pause the music as if were to unplug it or it would play out loud through the speakers.

Another thing I've noticed is that when I'm browsing through my phone, with headphones on and no music playing. It will make a static thump noise whenever I switch apps.

The cables I've been using are the original ones that came with the phone and every single one has this problem.
The dongle, the charging cable, and the earpods.

I've also tried to charge it in different outlets, and same problem still occurs.
Which leads me to believe that my lightning port is faulty?

What should I do?

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.1, null
