iPhone not recognized in iTunes Windows 10

So yesterday I installed the latest iTunes update, 12.7.2.60 on Windows 10. Now when I plug my iPhone into my computer, iTunes does not recognize my iPhone. I have rebooted the computer, rebooted the phone, switched USB ports, tried two different Apple USB cords. Nothing works. I have music I on my PC I want to transfer to my iPhone, but it just can't get it to go. It just won't recognize my phone, though it did recognize my phone before the update. When I go into Control Panel under hardware, it says my iPhone is working just fine, so clearly it is recognized in Windows 10, but it is just not recognized in iTunes latest update. What do I do?
