Need some help I bought an IPad off a guy. He did not wipe everything off of it and can’t get give me all the info to wipe it. What can I do?

The seller need to go to iCloud Find my iPhone /ipad click on list of devices remove the ipad he sold you from the list if he cannot do this get your money back You cannot never use ipad that's locked to another apple I'd.

The device is unusable unless you take it to an Apple store with your recept of purchase and ask them to unlock it. If you can’t do that, then ask for your money back, or get the information some how. If not the device is bricked

You need the receipt of THE ORIGINAL OWNER/USER of the iDevice.

Not just any ‘ole receipt.

If he won’t or can’t help you, ask for your money back. There is absolutely nothing that you can do without his cooperation.
