I am a teacher, and have a used/hand me down iPad. The teacher who had it before me linked it to her Apple ID and personal email address. I have no way to reach out to her to try and retrieve her password information. I need help to unlink her information and get around the Activation Lock page (by putting in my information).

If the iPad belongs to your school, they need to take it and its original purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store, or if it’s associated with Apple Configurator, bypass the lock that way.
If it’s her personal iPad, you can’t.
