Hi
WhatsApp Messenger does not currently offer an app for Apple Watch. You may wish to contact the developer to suggest that they add this feature:
https://www.whatsapp.com/contact/
However, keep in mind that, whilst the WhatsApp Messenger app for iPhone does not include an app for Apple Watch, it is still possible to reply to incoming message notifications using quick replies.
How notifications behave depends on the status of your devices and your settings. With Wrist Detection enabled, in order to bring notifications to your attention as soon as possible:
In order to receive WhatsApp Messenger notifications on your Apple Watch, also check your settings for that app on your iPhone:
Go to: Settings > Notifications > WhatsApp Messenger:
Once those settings have been enabled, to configure your Apple Watch to mirror notification alerts from WhatsApp Messenger:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Notifications > scroll down to the list of apps > turn on the button next to WhatsApp Messenger.

You're welcome! Currently WhatsApp Messenger doesn't have an Apple Watch app available. I'm not sure why you are seeing it on YouTube.
Your Apple Watch automatically connects to compatible Wi-Fi networks that your iPhone is connected to.

Hello,
WhatsApp Messenger only has an iPhone app available. They will need to create an Apple Watch app, in order for you to use it on your Apple Watch.
