on itunes i cant remove it off shuffle

It's my understanding that you are wanting to turn shuffle off on your iPhone, but it seems like the shuffle icon isn't highlighted. I listen to music daily, so I can understand wanting to turn shuffle on and off as you wish. The first thing that I'd like to have you do is to force close the Music app and then restart your iPhone. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once your iPhone has been restarted, please test and see if you are now able to turn shuffle off.

Shuffle. Swipe up, then tap the Shuffle button to play your songs in random order. Tap again to turn off shuffle.
When viewing the contents of a playlist or album, tap Shuffle All.
