Mac virgin :/ Unlock the hard drive

Hi! I'm a Mac virgin and wanna instal the High Sierra but it says that the hard drive is locked. How can I unlock it?

Great to hear.

It would likely be helpful if you described what you saw, with as much detail as possible. Then describe what allowed you to complete the install.

Others may have the same question and that could help them out.

I know things like that can suddenly solve themselves, so if you don't know what worked, no worries.

Hey Barney,

When I wanted to instal the High Sierra, the icon of the driver was not activated that I click on it and instal on it. I could not really do anything about it. I just restarted my laptop twice and yet didn't work. So I just turned it off and turned it on the day after and saw that it's working.
