error 0x E800002D

hi there apple family;

today ı want to change my music list and start it, after clean the old ones and loading the new ones the error showed up ( unknown error 0x E800002D ) and after that my comp cant see my phone on ıtunes, ı tried change the cable, restard the comp and donwload the new update for ıtunes, guess what nothing happend and the problem is still there. what is that error and how can ı rid of it? thanks!!!
