Not getting all purchased songs

So I had to purchase a new laptop due to hard drive issue. Downloaded ITunes and now getting all kinds of errors. I'll list them below. Windows 10 OS


1.) Songs will not count replays.

2.) Songs showing up in my playlist are not showing up in my library.

3.) Song I purchased today, not showing up in "purchased list" in store home page. (Believe I paid twice).
