Activation lock

Im locked out of my iphone 7 im stuck on the activation lock ive tried every email and password I remember but it won't work i went to the website and it says i have no devices. I had got this phone from my ex but he doesnt have this account for the iphones anymore is there anyway i can get it unlocked without having to go back and get all the information for the phone I'm the owner of the iphone just don't rememeber passwords or emails for this
