how do you delete wink from apple watch 2

I would like to get the wink sign off my apple watch2 does anyone know how...it just showed upend i dont know how to get rid of it

If you are referring to Wink - or to another third-party app that you do not wish to have installed on your Apple Watch:

Wink - Smart Home on the App Store

Then follow the instructions here to remove it:

Use apps on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

You may otherwise be referring to:

The Theatre Mode status icon, which is shown on the watch face when the mode has been enabled.

If so, to turn it off, follow the instructions here:

Use the Control Center on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

The content of a complication on the watch face.

If so, then follow the instructions here to select and manage your watch faces for your Apple Watch and to configure which complications are displayed where on supported faces:

When customising a complication, options including turning it off, in which case no content will be displayed there and that space will remain blank on the watch face.

Note that the "Off" option is shown at the top of the list of options, rather than in alphabetical order (which is how the other content options are listed).
