How to turn on the ambient light sensor on iPhone X

There is no need to manually turn on the ambient light sensor on iPhone.

If you want to enable/disable auto-brightness go to:

Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations > Enable/Disable "Auto-Brightness"
