Is it possible to upgrade a mid-2009 MacBook Pro from MacOS 10.8.5 to 10.13.1?

The 2009 MBP 13" can get up to 10.11.6. (El Captain)
However it is not available anymore for download on the app store anymore
But, I have a link : Connecting to the Mac App Store
