all sms come again when phone restarts

When ever my iphone7 restarts . All my old sms notifications starts coming back . My phone continuesly keeps on ringing for next 15 min till all sms notifications are done . This problem is not only with 7 i also have a iphone 5s same problem is there in that phone also . This all started after updating ios11.. really feel irritated some time ..
