black loading screen

This is complete trite. This is supposed to be a great phone right? That i spent a lot of money on right? How come I keep experiencing problems? I tried the "hold down volume and side button", repeatedly. Nothing. I'm so frustrated. I would call my local phone store...but i cant because every 30 seconds my phone reloads. Is there any other source of helpful information? Somewhere...anywhere?
