I started up my MBP a little over 3 hours ago. Activity Monitor tells me I've uploaded 600Mb from iTunes in that time. I have made NO changes to iTunes, certainly no new music, movies, etc. And I've been with Apple Music long enough that any initial uploads are long done.
And yet huge amounts of data are being uploaded daily.

I also have the problem that the latest versions of iTunes regularly freeze and after waiting some time work again. This goes with constant up- and downloads, waisting my internet connection when I am at a slow location. In the last two hours 2 GB Up and 1.5 GB down without being shown and without adding new music to library. I have Apple Music and the iCloud music library enabled.
