Siri father “Voice Commands” is DEAD

Hey, I love Voice Commands, but it’s... gone? It’s simple, it can work Offline, unlike Siri.

Is it possible to get it back?

You can have voice commands, or Siri, but not both. You choose in Settings/Accessibility - Home Button.
