Error occurs on installation of ios 11.2.1

I have an iPhone 7 128 gb An error occurs when I wana donwload ios 11.2.1 Anybody knows the reason?

Charge device to at least 50%, make sure wifi connection is stable and try again.
It looks like something was running in the background still when you were trying to download

When you click on settings, what does it tell you?

Only says : Sofrware Update Failed

an error occurred downloading ios 11.2.1.

I’m sure it was more than 60 percent battery,and the wifi was completely stable..

Nothing happens when I push the “setting” :/
