Try a reboot press the power button down &menu button hold both down until you see apple logo this can take 30 seconds.
Then go to settings down to Safari delete history and data.

Have you simply tried force quitting the browser. Apple-support-help.in is not a legitimate Apple web site. For one thing, all Apple support sites I’ve ever used are https:// URLs
