I have an old Iphone 5 and have disabled it somehow. I have it plugged into my computer with USB by cannot seem to connect to Itunes to as it is requiring me to do to enter passcode. What do I need to do?

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
