Rented movie on Apple TV 4K won't play cause of HDCP
I don't know what it means, but I don't get to watch the movie I just paid €4.99 for. How do I proceed to A) Get to watch the movie or B) Get a refund ?
HDCP is a form of copy protection and requires both the TV and device support the protocol. If your using a 4K tv then it would support it. Also check your HDMI cable, make sure its high speed/supports 4K. Make sure the cable is secure, try another port and cable. Test on another TV
