I can't log in with my Apple ID on face time

I do everything thing


log out from iMessage and log in

turn off iMessage and turn off FaceTime

check the date and location

last update

reset to factory

wait 24 hour

try on another iPhone

still I can't log in

your help please

No. The solutions are above.


You indicate above your telephone International Dialing Code is +966 which indicates the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


As you should realize, Saudi Arabia has had restrictions on the use of FaceTime. These certainly are in play here as well.


This article states: "FaceTime isn't available in Saudi Arabia."

This almost certainly explains your problem.


Carefully follow the advice in the article I attached above. Even then, changing your Apple ID and then returning to the original is very likely to cause confusion for quite a while.
