Trying to change from my 5s to an se
Can't get my I tunes to work on laptop have backed up everything on I cloud on my old 5 s now trying to start up se and vert difficult
You need iTunes 12.6.3 or later on your computer to use iTunes to update.
You can update using an iCloud backup, as long as the SE has an iOS version the same or later than the version on the 5S.
What steps are you following, and what are the results?
