when i open a web page on safari a reformatted page opens (not the web page)
When i open a web page in Safari (this problem docent exist on Chrome) page opens in a reformat of the original web page.

You are welcome. Did you read the link I posted? If you hit the esc key does the page format change?
Some other possibilities.
Safari/Preferences/Advanced and make sure Never use font sizes smaller than is not checked.
Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing
