All past and current models of Apple Watch are compatible with iPhone 6 (running the latest version of iOS):

The Google Maps app does not currently include an app for Apple Watch, so it cannot be installed on the watch:
Google Maps - GPS Navigation on the App Store
If you would prefer that it did, then you may wish to submit a feature request to Google.
