Contact the police, as you would to report any crime
City police, state police, etc.
A mobile phone forum is certainly not the place to report a crime. You would need to report crimes to law enforcement.
Is this enough if I had the email? It says it plain as day what they did and when. Will the police take this seriously and get IP addresses? And will they look into the other crimes on other devices?
What you really need is an attorney.
