Why does the volume on my iPhone 8 Plus goes up by itself when I turn on location services ?

I’ve noticed that the volume on my iPhone 8 Plus goes up by itself when I turn on location services. After this this, volume up button and lock button doesn’t work. Lock button goes back to normal when I turn up the volume on accessive touch but the volume up button still won’t work. And when I unlock the phone, volume icon appears and the volume goes all the way up again. My phone goes back to normal when I reset all settings but the same thing happens again if I turn on location services.
