iphone 5s update wont work

How do I update my phone to 10.3.3?

I've deleted apps for storage and it still tells me an error occurred, it caused my snapchat to complete crash and not work at all. Even after deleting and restarting my phone.

Hi

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi

Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings

Set backup Over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

When iPhone has done download check for updates to ios 11.2.1
