Purchased Dunkirk thru Apple TV, won’t play

I just got a refund. No explanation on how to play the movie though. I tried to play it and got an error message that said I had an HDMI connector and needed an HDCI connector. Apple needs to put a warning on the description of the movie as well as put out something about what modifications/adapters are needed before they start selling the new HD cinemas.

I've done the same thing. Dunkirk still won't play. Extras and Related will play, when I go to play the movie I get roughly 5 seconds of the movie then it all go black...

How do you go about getting a refund ? Will not play for me
