Am in NZ. Use UK and NZ stores.
TV Shows have disappeared from the Videos App, which now only shows movies.
TV Shows option also gone from Apple TV.
TV shows have also vanished from iTunes.
Seems that there may be a new TV but nothing available in App Stores.
Any help appreciated. 👍

Can you please tell me why I can no longer access my purchased TV shows, and if I am unable to due to changes that’s Apple have made, advise when you will refund me for my purchases?
You have also no answered the question re why there is no longer a TV shows option in the Videos App, iTunes, and Apple TV.
Please take the time to respond to my questions properly as a paying customer.
This is a user forum, you are not addressing Apple here
You will only be able to access your purchases while in the NZ store
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - network) or else you will have issues
If you have done that and it persists then you will need to contact iTunes
You can only access content from the store for the location in which you reside
