slow booting MacBook pro

My MacBook Pro Late 2011 has been booting slowly ever since the last update to High Sierra 10.13.02. I also have a problem with the mouse touch pad freezing up. To get it to release I have to hit the power button quickly. I ran an ETreCheck and the report is attached. What do you think I should do. I already have 8 GB of ram so I am at the max on ram. I have over 640 GB hard drive space left. I don't want to buy a new computer since apple no longer makes a 17inch screen. Any suggestions?

I can't really see anything that by itself might be slowing it down, but in my opinion having both Norton and Malwarebytes installed is unnecessary. Personally I would probably uninstall Norton using their uninstaller from their website since Malwarebytes does not interfere with the running of the OS as much and is lighter and searches for known malware/trojans for Mac and not windows virii like Norton.

Also is the slowness when you're browsing or all the time? Because you have a lot of internet plug-ins and an extension.
