Server 5.4 build 17S1207

When I get new devices, my supplier has to enter the serial number at Telstra's DEP site, I then log into Telstra site

"https://dep.telstra.com/dep-admin/home", and I then assign the devices to me, which then goes off to Apple. When Apple send me email to say they are ready to be assigned, I then log into Apple site "https://deploy.apple.com/qforms/web/index/avs" and assign them to my MDM.

Then I can see those devices in apple manager as a placeholder. I then assign those devices to a group where I have set up a customed profile. When I edit that profile, the "name of the organization for the profile" is my company name.

But when I edit the profile against the actual device (Still a place holder), the name is actually my name "Sean".

When I give out the device, is says it is a management device and enter the credentials for "Sean" and not my company name.

So my question is, when the devices come into my MDM, where is it obtaining my name from and how can I make it that the default name is my company. Or is this being set at telstra end before it gets to me. I have gone thru every profile, including the "Everyone" and set the name to company name, but new devices added to mdm still have my name set.

thanks in advanced

Sean
