How come that I have to pay a subscription I can’t used or haven’t used at all?

To be specific, Netflix renewed my subscription were in the meanwhile I have don’t have any idea or alert email/message from them. I suddenly can’t totally use the app and I decided to delete it. I can’t even cancel my subscription before so that’s why I decided to delete it anyway. Now it is preventing me from updating and downloading other apps in the appstore. I need help about this, because it made my visa/credit account blocked because of it trying to pay the subscription automatically that were supposedly I should have the right to accept it first before it do transaction in my account. It sends me a message were saying that because of suspicious payment undergoing without my knowledgement about it. So now I am blocked, thanks Netflix... I’m so screwed
