iPhone SE charging port damaged

My 1 year old iPhone SE stopped charging. When I looked at the charging port in the base of the phone, I noticed that one of the 8 tiny gold connector pins was squished up against the back of the charging port. I attempted to bend it back in place but it snapped off.

Can anyone advise whether this port be fixed? I'm not sure how long ago the phone was backed up to iCloud and I have precious photographs and videos of my baby girl on it.

I have absolutely no idea how the pin got damaged as it's the centre one all the others remain intact?!

Any advice appreciated... remaining hopeful!
